Training at Bam Bam Martial Arts in Houston is a SAFE, BENEFICIAL, and ENJOYABLE activity for anyone, of any age, with varying levels of fitness and ability. Although some of our students compete in various competitions, the fact is that most do not. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A COMPETITIVE FIGHTER TO BENEFIT FROM MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING. Most of our students have absolutely no desire to to fight in a cage. Most just want to be in great shape and have the skills the MMA fighters have.
Beginners are always coming in our doors. We have new people with no experience coming and trying it out almost every day!
