Bam Bam Women’s Only Boot Camp is an awesome women’s only fitness boot camp in Houston. Our reputation continues to be built word-of-mouth, from one community to another, by our fiercely loyal community. Our mission is to give you the finest and most effective exercise classes available.
We help our clients get and stay fit in in an environment which is FRIENDLY, PLEASANT, MOTIVATIONAL, and non-military style (no yelling at you or making you do push ups in the mud!) . Our boot camp is designed for any woman, regardless of fitness level, to help her reach maximum fitness results in a minimum amount of time. NO ONE IS HELD BACK OR LEFT BEHIND and EVERYONE IS CHALLENGED TO IMPROVE.
Our goal is to offer FUN, HIGH INTENSITY FITNESS BOOT CAMP IN A SAFE, PROFESSSIONAL AND CLEAN ENVIRONEMENT. Our fitness boot camp groups are great for a FUN weight loss, toning, strengthening your stomach, thighs and legs, butt, arms, chest, and increasing your cardio and energy levels. Some example exercises are various forms of sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, running, step-ups and dips as well as some FUN OTHER EXERCISES TOO.
We always lookout for your safety too. Our boot camp trainers are friendly but tough, and they are motivating leaders who are in touch with your fitness level and goals. They always aim to pull your best effort from you. This helps you reach a higher level of exercise than you would be able to achieve otherwise without the benefit of an instructor and the GREAT MOTIVATION they provide!
